Give a space some depth with decorative molding or classic lines to frame out a room. Already have beautiful molding and it just needs to be restored? We do that too.
Molding installation and repair (interior and exterior)
We will repair your walls so they look brand new - whether is a patch job or a full skim coat.
Skim coating, drywall hanging, patching and repair
Cabinets, doors, staircases, floors, window trim, wall trim, siding, decks...interior and exterior. When we say anything, we mean anything.
Stripping anything
Once all surfaces are covered and protected, and the light switch and outlets covers are removed, we will begin the transformation process. If the surfaces are cracked, we will apply tape and three layers of plaster. If we are filling holes, repairing drywall or smoothing over spots that just had old paint removed, they will get the same three layers of plaster. Once those areas are repaired, we will sand and prime all surfaces. We love to caulk. That means a fresh layer of caulking around all molding and over any gaps. Once we have sealed, sanded and primed the surface, it’s time to, what we like to call “ice the cake”. Two fresh coats of the color of your choice. Never less but sometimes more. Once we have finished painting, what mess there was is cleaned, everything is put back in place and returned to you cleaner and prettier than it was before.

The first step is to protect your landscaping by tying back or covering your shrubs. In most instances, we will power wash the entire house to remove all loose and peeling paint. Once we have a clean slate it’s time to repair the surface by removing and replacing or repairing anything that’s broken or rotting, filling anything that disappeared over time and sanding and priming the entire house. We apply a fresh layer of caulk to all required areas. Once we have completed the above steps, we apply two finish coats and clean everything up as if we were never there.
